RLS Day 10: - kicking off a new project, this would be a codealong, a project management app. All what I’ve learnt would be used in this project (state, ref, portal, props, useImperativeHandle, etc) - Would use tailwind for the styling.

RLS Day 9: -Worked on a new react feature, useRef, similar to React useState, but with a little difference. -learnt the concept of forwardRef, ( for ild react versions and the new one) Might have to rewatch and practice again to get this concept

RLS Day 8: Learning ways to use css in your react app One thing caught my attention (never come across this before), the use of styled components where a variable stores all your css in a backtick Still learning this btw, once I’m done I’ll take a break to build something myself

RLS Day 7: -Completed the investment calculator app, with the aid of the tutorial - Read through and understood the components, and logic of the code. Would re-audit the code again Next is to see different ways css can be added to a react project (inline, tailwind, etc)

RLS Day 6: -completed the tic tac toe game,learnt new concepts and used existing ones (will rewatch the video for more understanding) -I edited and cleaned the game’s code Next project will be an investment calculator, I’ll do that myself with little to no help, let’s get this

RLS Day 5: Just started the tic tac toe project and I’ve been making use of the concepts learnt so far (components, props, useState) -Learnt about handling user input and two way binding -Also practiced how to render multi dimensional lists. Not easy but practice makes perfect

Summary of what I learnt today: React edition - Learnt about state (useState), the do’s and don’ts ( learnt a whole lot here, I still need to practice this) - Learnt the concept of rendering contents conditionally( I learnt three methods here) 4hrs well spent I go again tomorrow
