Setting up our new enterprise SCSI-II drives, astonished to discover that Linux fdisk doesn't let me set interleave. Totally inadequate.

Hand-rolled my own file indexing system using find, cat, grep and cron. Enterprise-proven tools work far better than these Linux things.

We've avoided any security holes in sshd by using rshd instead. As a default part of any UNIX install, rsh has proven its enterprise worth.

Saddened that the current fascination for clustered filesystems is wheel reinvention instead of building on the enterprise-proven AFS.

The success of OS X demonstrates that NeWS took the correct approach. The X11 protocol is unusable in enterprise environments.
