Problem are always der After replacing front arm suspension got leaked they told me it will take 2-3 days for it to come but it didn't arrive almost 10days. Plz send spere parts to ur facility @OlaElectric @bhash

After 2and half year now I m also fed up with ola service. Part which is recall by company can't be replace by them even after having issues Front arm is not working properly so job card is also created before 10 days yet waiting @bhash @OlaElectric

Before 10 days my ola's front tyer is shaking so I went to ola services in deesa guj they told me there is need of changing front fork arm so I told them to order it but it is all most 10 days still no answer plz halp me and make it available.@OlaElectric @bhash

It's almost 20 days when I first raised issue of my ola scooter bettry replacement. Plz do it fast. Last time from ur side I got MSG that ola is taking this issue as priority but no response till then How many days I have to wait for that.@OlaElectric @bhash

I got MSG from ola I was happy that it might be about my bettry replacement. But when I opened MSG is about ola people started service of my vehicle which is with me and not at service center. Don't know which service @OlaElectric

At last after 14-15 days yesterday ola service center in deesa test my ola battery and send reports for approval of battery change. They told me it can took a month plz do it fast and change it as early as possible.@OlaElectric @bhash

I got appointment of 9th fab from your side but service people of deesa didn't respond they right my mob no and told me we will call when bettry is available. But till now I didn't recieve any call. Plz do some thing in my favour..@OlaElectric

After having battery issues ola service center in deesa told me to come after 2days today I went there and they told me they don't have new battery so told me to come afterwards so how long I have to wait for that I don't know. Help me if u can.@bhash @OlaElectric

4 time having battery issues. Today there is 16km battery remaining and suddenly come to zero let see what ola reply and this not first time it happened to me 3-4 time. Becouse of that it show so much power use in application @OlaElectric @bhash

After Ola beta 4update range increase.. but there is a catch today ola showing range of 14km and suddenly it come to zero. Plz correct it.and I restarted ola yesterday only @bhash @OlaElectric
