Everyone should eat 80/20 at the start of Carnivore. I don't necessarily agree. Our ancestors didn't have macro apps and calculators. So why should you?
Do you need to eat 2 lbs of ribeye a day? 🤔 NO! The amount you need to eat depends on YOU. Don't compare yourself to others you see eating loads of steak and 20 eggs. Do what works for you. Yay or nay?

@5MinuteBody Me! I'm interested to see if going carnivore will be helpful for 2 health conditions - dupytren contraction and adenomyosis. I haven't heard of anyone with these issues see positive changes but I'm hoping I might.

@5MinuteBody Generally been doing two meals a day - using ribeye in the evening 250g-400g. Experimenting with adding things with no seed oils back in but believe Carnivore should be the basis of a healthy long style lifestyle. So many potential pitfalls with oxalates, Leptins, carbs etc
@5MinuteBody Yay. I notice a massive want for fatty meat when I was weak and fell back on carbs. Like my body knows it needs to make up for what went wrong. Then a single steak is not enough for a meal.
@5MinuteBody I eat until I'm full. Could be less one meal and more the next meal.
@5MinuteBody I actually eat much less now that I've stopped using salt. Less cramps too.
@5MinuteBody It's a weird thing I never noticed on the "standard" horrible diet, where you can keep eating and eating because sugar tastes good. The body really does tell you "Okay, enough!" because the food will stop tasting good and you'll be tired of eating it.
@5MinuteBody Initially I had a tough time finishing a 10 oz steak. But over time your hunger cues change when you're on the carnivore diet.
@5MinuteBody you need a good mesh lid to catch the spatter too, saves on cleaning cooktop and splashback.
@5MinuteBody Used my frying pan a lot. Obviously not using seed oils!

@5MinuteBody My Meater probe! Best probe for smoking, give a blue tooth readout of my Smoker and let's me catch temperature changes and track them very quickly. If I get lazy and don't use it, my brisket turns out like garbage.
