"Only good thing about watching myself in that video of #ballet class (I HATE watching myself BTW) is I get 2 spot technical #dance flaws that have crept in over time. Here's mine: if u can't feel urself stretching it, ur NOT stretching it. Legs, feet, arms, neck, all included."
