Mentioned it about halfway through last season and nothing has changed: @OfficialOUWFC still have no visual presence in my area of the stadium (SSL, Turnstile 8). Still plenty of unused, empty frames though. 🙃 The stadium is very busy every game. Huge missed opportunity.

Only the second Championship match at home this season, and it hasn't sold out. 😯 I think the club (as did I) has almost taken it for granted that we'll continue to sell out every match. The difference is, I'm not responsible for filling the stadium. Marketing has been poor.

100th screening of 2025 and the first-ever in 3D. 3D was an interesting experience: my stomach dropped during the opening attack - presumably as my brain adjusted - but was fine afterwards. It also took me a few minutes to 'recalibrate' after the movie had ended. 150? 👀

We have played at Court Place Farm since 2017 – it's absolutely baffling that the decision has now been made to segregate and only use half of the ground. Three of the four covered stands are inaccessible. Not a fan!

Looking forward to running this one back after the manner of last season's defeat. We didn't deserve to win, but we also didn't deserve to lose to a phantom goal that Wimbledon posted and promptly pulled, as it clearly didn't cross the line. COME ON YOU YELLOWS! 💪

We looked about as potent as males in a P. D. James novel during pre-season. Worse still, we looked unfit and unprepared. It may have only been pre-season, but it was concerning to witness. The start to the season isn't a surprise; hopefully, we build into it. And soon.

White on a light-coloured shirt doesn't really work, which makes the decision to outline the Macron logo and nothing else an odd one. It's like someone's gone, "I'll do the rest later..." and then never bothered. Looks confused from a design perspective IMO. Home > Others

It's still only August, and it already feels like it's going to be a tale of two seasons for Oxford United, with OUFC doing their best fartleberry impression in hopes of retaining our Championship status, while OUWFC challenge for the title.

Relieved doesn't even come close to how I'm feeling. I imagine that'll soon be replaced with excitement as the prospect of a new stadium being built becomes the focus, and the reality. One thing that will remain with me however is the disgusting manner certain people have acted.

Started combining exercise with trips to the cinema in July — a barnstormer of an idea. it has definitely motivated me; I walked or cycled an additional 160 miles and watched a personal record of 19 screenings in a month. Began August with a ride to watch The Naked Gun. 🍿
