The #Budget2022 should mandate release of ITR forms & filing utilities by 1 April every year, in case of delay the due dates of filing tax returns shall be automatically extended by same no of days @nsitharaman RT if you agree this will solve problem of extension forever !

CA’s job should be analysing data, interpreting the law.. But increasing compliance’s have made us a data compiler instead & same will do no value addition. Our creativity & zeal to learn has been buried somewhere in pressure of due dates. I feel specially new CAs face this issue

For #CAStudents Old Course I’d recommend (Just a recommendation) that you have time to Opt-Out. We are making a representation to ICAI & this might be considered very seriously to extend old course. So maybe just hold on for 24 hrs, if comfortable 😇 #caexams

Guys alternate cycle you got, admit card is going to be reissued in case of modification of centre, only medical certificate for opt out and old syllabus continue to Nov for these people... Thanks a lot @BansuriSwaraj, Meenakshi Maam @iDivyanshTiwari @hardikgautam
