Been flying so much the past few years, and generally good experiences, but just had the worst customer experience with @AmericanAir - crazy rude. Cancelled flight and rebooked on @Delta.

@AmericanAir @AmericanAir it's better to VERIFY with customer if they are flying on 2 different calendar weeks than to CANCEL the flight which is NOT in anyway duplicate!! Inconvenience for customers @AmericanAir

@AmericanAir sucks. Once again, my wife is stuck in CT because your "plane is full". Paid $400 for a round trip and you delay her for the 2nd time this year. You guys need to get your shit together and stop flying into helicopters and get people to where they need to go in time.

@AmericanAir 2nd trip in less than 30 days and 2nd trip delayed which will result in missed connections and additional travel time. You’ve lost my business.

Patiently waiting for @AmericanAir to respond to my complaint. Hopefully they respond in a timely manner.

And to finish off my terrible day courtesy of @AmericanAir. Finally arrive at DFW only to be stuck on the plane because there is no gate agent. Even the pilot sounded pissed.

@AmericanAir hands down is the worst airline out there. They left me stranded twice, once in London and again in Edinburgh, after failing to properly confirm my bookings with an affiliated airline. They split me up from my wife and cost me thousands. What a joke of an airline

@Snip3down @AmericanAir This happened to me before on my way to France, they took like 6 days to get all of them to me. I was on a ski trip in the French alps and had to buy ALL new gear. It’s given me forever ptsd when checking a bag now. Thoughts and prayers lmao.

@AmericanAir do you guys do regular maintenance on your planes? Second time today I've had to deplane for maintenance, 11 hour delay in providence and now god knows how long before this one is fixed! Smh, this is ridiculous!

@AmericanAir We’ve been waiting for a gate after landing at ORD hours ago. I’m looking through your replies and passengers have been experiencing this at ORD all day— well before my flight took off. Why are you letting flights depart knowing they will be trapped upon landing?

@AmericanAir I don’t know what kind of shit you are doing.. but you have absolutely made my travel day SHIT. You delayed my first fight, gave me less than 10 minutes to run across a terminal in Chicago, and have now delayed my flight to Tyler. Get better!
