Holding a grudge & harboring anger/resentment is poison to the soul. Get even with people...but not those who have hurt us, forget them, instead get even with those who have helped us.
Resentment is like drinking poison and waiting for the other person to die.

It’s not worth the anger. Energy is everything. Be careful where you spend your energy – because you won’t get that time back.
When someone treats you like crap, just remember it’s because there’s something wrong with them, not you. Normal people don’t go around destroying other people’s lives.
