If blocking support for Ukraine is ‘peace’, then sugar is a diet. Orbán’s pro-peace mantra sounds nice in Brussels, but it tastes like Putin’s candy. Calling aid for Ukraine a ‘pro-war tsunami’ is like calling a firefighter pro-fire. Mr. Minister, peace without defense is just surrender with better PR. Pro-peace? Come on. Hungary cashes EU funds with one hand and holds Putin’s hand with the other. That’s not peace – that’s a balancing act on the wrong side of history.
