A State Department panel made recommendations to sanction certain Israeli military units for rights abuses. Why did it take months for the US to act? 🎧@mmbilal spoke with @propublica reporter @BrettMmurphy on #AJTheTake to discuss ⤵️
@AJEPodcasts @AJEnglish @mmbilal @propublica @BrettMmurphy I don’t listen to podcasts, but I’m sharing this for those who do.
Doesn't matter: if there are 5 battalions and they sanction 1, does it do anything? The lavender AI kill system is still in place. There is only one solution and it is complete cease fire. All hostilities stop, anything less is still genocide. Famine has been imposed as a weapon. UN and other sources won't even list the amount of aid delivered. 2.3 million people need 4.6 million meals a day. How many meals are on 256 aid/relief trucks? No is asking the right questions. How much water do they have? Thank you for your reporting.
@AJEPodcasts @AJEnglish @mmbilal @propublica @BrettMmurphy Blinken will do nothing. Like the Gaza aid, they talk to get headlines and do nothing
@AJEPodcasts @AJEnglish @mmbilal @propublica @BrettMmurphy Some "make up"
@AJEPodcasts @AJEnglish @mmbilal @propublica @BrettMmurphy Should then be patently clear to all why some gulf states seek to be other US occupatheid states.. not particularly occupation+apartheid but everything they afford it: impunity, carte blanche, security... US is not gonna survive this, can it afford affording others same..?
@AJEPodcasts @AJEnglish @mmbilal @propublica @BrettMmurphy >Why did it take months for the US to act? Because @SecBlinken can not be impartial.
