RATHER THAN MAGNIFYING ITS PAIN.....GOVT NOT EVEN SHOWING THE MERCY THAT WE WOULD SHOW TO OUR DOG!!!!!!!!!!.
BUT WE KNOW THAT IT IS UNBEARABLE PAIN, THEN A TRUE CARING OWNER WOULD RECOMMEND IT TO BE IMMEDIATELY PUT OUT OF MISERY
IT MET WITH AN ACCIDENT AND IS IN A STATE IT CANT CRY OUT IN PAIN,
.WHAT IS THIS GOVT ..STONE HEARTED,COLD BLOODED OR WHAT....CONSIDER IF WE HAVE A PET(DOG FOR EX),,
(IT MEANS WITHDRAWING OF LIFE SUPPORT SYSTEM.EVENTUALYY LEADING TO DEATH)..
...ONE MORE . IT IS SAD TO SEE THAT GOVT IS READY TO ALLOW PASSIVE EUTHANASIA IN HER CASE
........my point SHE SHOULD BE ADMININTERED ACTIVE EUTHANASIA (USING INTRAVENOUS LETHAL DRUGS)..
just picturise this...30+ years confined to a bed.....she might have prayed to god (for sure) please relieve her of this excrutiating pain
its been 30+ years since she hav been in that vegetative state.yet the court sees that she might come out of this situation in future ,
it is pathetic to see that the accused was given a short imprisonment and left free (now he might have married , that bloody barbaric).
...the case pertaining to this issue is that of an innocent nurse of KEM hospital mumbai who was brutally raped and strangulated.
