Our sectional meet needs to be renamed the state qualifying meet…Coaches…If your kid is not going to make the state qualifying standard, don’t enter them into the meet…Finals day lasted way too long.

So my #1 distance runner was not making time on our workout today…Immediately shut her down…Put her workout for the next 2 days in the pool…She can run again on Monday/Tuesday next week…This is why I win in the important meets…Good luck colleagues…peace

And so I got asked today, we don’t have anyone in the 100M. Why don’t you put kids in the 100M and why aren’t the football players out here running?!?!???Great question…First, I won’t put a kid in an event and just get embarrassed. Second, for some reason kids think 7-7 matters
