Here’s a look at our test of the foam-based fire suppression system at Gulf Star Marina. The system can fill the entire building with foam in only a few minutes, completely subduing any fires in the bays.

Here's a current look at Gulf Star Marina! We've poured most of the concrete parking lot around the building, architectural finishes are in progress, and interior build-out is underway. We're also working on installing our roof-mounted foam generators for fire suppression.

Stay safe out there everybody! Remember to cough or sneeze into your elbow, wear a mask if you have one, and stay home as much as possible. We're working on bringing you more updates on ASAR soon!

Gulf Star Marina is running along smoothly, with architectural elements, underground piping, and crane railing construction well underway as scheduled. We have added the logo to the building, and outside lighting has been installed.

It's moving! The ASAR crane at Gulf Star Marina is able to pick up and deliver boats, as well as Teslas! Some more work is to be done on the crane before commercial use, but we're getting there!
