The new installer v2025.06.03 of A>V>C> pluginis not yet familiar to Microsoft Defender antivirus. A "friendship" request has already been submitted to Microsoft, but for now you need to disable the antivirus and exclude the plugin folder from antivirus scanning.

A bug has been found in the latest version of BricsCAD V25. Because of this, the Chop (CH) and Assemble (AsmNew, AsmCreate) commands do not work. The bug report has been sent to the BricsCAD developers. And the AVC plugins in the next version will avoid this problem.

Testing the new version of ZWCAD 2026 showed that the basic capabilities of direct modeling are still missing. You will not be able to select 3d-solid faces, which means you will not be able to move and delete holes, you will not be able to stretch assemblies from many solids.

The previous version of the AVC plugin does not work well on older versions of AutoCAD. A small update has been published: version 2025.04.03. It adds an option to the A>V>C> Properties Palette for setting all the properties of the object ByLayer when assigning a layer.
