@Abramjee the biggest problem is that there are a lot of people walking on our freeways and the police seem to not care anymore. This started to become more of a problem with the start of the infestation we currently have in the country

@Abramjee It's possible the car is travelling at high speed the rock is coming at a vantage point,I once misjudged a low lying tree branch impact was like a gun shot. The damage was similar to this one....
@Abramjee That was so close to death of the driver. Had the rock being dropped one second earlier they driver would be have been killed, that I can say with certainty.
