With the ease of creating and visualizing through AI, it’ll be Concept Design Thinkers that stay valuable - Creatives who use visuals and AI as a TOOL like a ruler, not a SOLUTION MAKER like a calculator, to connect dots in emotion and ideas that you didn’t know worked together.
Some of y’all Toronto artists are very shitty to people when you perform or interview and then wonder why your blessings are blocked. Shitty to the people behind the scenes and the people trying to pay you. Common decency goes a long way. Don’t be a shitty dweeb.

Big bday shouts to @ellhah I don’t really be giving too many people shout outs cause not too many of y’all deserve it, but she’s really been an authentic, beautiful human being for every single second that I’ve known her. Rare.
Some things are absolutely out of their control, and in those cases, ticket holders need to be empathetic - but things like not having enough security or running out of water are basic needs not being met. And then you end up with Woodstock '99, a documentary worth watching.
Having worked festivals for almost 10 years, I can tell you it takes an incredibly special group of people to run one. From permits to hospitality to stage managing to takedowns...it takes far more than just money.
