Haven't cut in forever, been actually happy with myself for challenging myself. Accepting I can't do everything and being ok with it
Making a switch was a good decision. To preoccupied with it to be sad

Today someone asked me if I had been exercising all summer and I have mixed emotions about that
40 min jog 1 hour bike ride 1 hour run 2 30 min bike rides And I'm still not at the weight I wanted to be at tonight. I'm so thirsty.
