Not true for south central PA. York County saw a 9% increase from this time last year & Adams County is up 2% over last year, Cumberland County +1.7% & Dauphin County is the marginal outlier at - .3% (5/22 - 5/23)

First thing I look at is the front exterior, windows, up to the gutters and roof & then condition of the chimney before we ever go inside. Usually by the 4th showing my buyers are doing the same. Great to teach folks the basic of what to look for and get beyond the shiny updates
