I have made videos of the problems that I am facing such as screen flickering, system hanging, screen blackout, etc. The most dreadful problem of all- the laptop shuts down on its own suddenly. Clearly a hardware issue. @ASUS @ASUSIndia

ASUS has the most terrible after sales service team in India. Wrote a dozen emails to the CEO'S Desk only to not get a single response. Called them up several times but they are not willing to understand the issue. Pathetic! @ASUS @ASUSIndia

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE OF BUYING ASUS LAPTOP! Started facing problems from the beginning. The whole motherboard went faulty within 5 months. Issues still persisted. Then Wifi card became faulty too. Still facing the same issues. ASUS not accepting it as a defective piece.@ASUSIndia
