Our Year 7 and Year 10 students made "Fu 福" characters during our Chinese after-school club last week, to celebrate Chinese New Year. They also learned how to say "Happy New Year" to each other to celebrate the New Year of the Dragon! @HpsHove
On Tuesday, some of our Year 8's went to the @GI_London1 and Stein's Restaurant in London for a German day packed with fun, educational activities: we had a German workshop, an interactive library quiz, watched a film in German and had traditional a German dinner - a great day!
Last week, Michael Grainger, former Head of Francophone Countries for HSBC, came to speak to our Year 8's prior to their options evening. Michael shared how his passion for languages has shaped his success in his life and career, from international business to close friendships.
