In my past career I was hungry to scale up to a mid/senior level role as fast as I could post grad. Now that I am in tech I feel less urgency around that type of growth and am more concerned with perfecting my skillsets. Crazy how mindsets change.

I brought up adopting @NotionHQ to my team in place of @trello + @Confluence earlier this year, but was shot down. 7 months later during our stand up the founder said he’s been looking into using #notion instead of all these separate products. I knew it was just matter of time.
