🤯🤯🤯 If they want P med self selection, what is the point in P meds at all? Shouldn’t all P meds then become POMs as they are unsafe for GSL?? Drug misuse. Life threatening drug interactions. Wrong item for condition. Not being referred to Drs for 🚩🤯 just WHY?

So sad. This is why I didn’t take my baby to any groups until 20 weeks+, I was scared about the impact of anti-vaxxers. Since he’s been born, there have been measles and whooping cough outbreaks in the uk. There really needs to be a big push from PHE to change perceptions.

THIS. The number of arguments I’ve had because a pt has a documented allergy with codeine or morphine, which turns out to be nausea and thus have been prescribed oxycodone for discharge (?) after acute ops. Not palliative care but same issues. Prescribe a suitable anti-emetic
