Wondering what’s really happening in Texas? Here’s the email, from a senior executive at a Texas ER chain that sees thousands of patients a month. He went on the record - a brave move. I’m going to let him speak for himself. (Two tweets of screenshots. Worth reading to the end.)
@AlexBerenson Key section imo was this: "The hospital ICUs are filled with really sick people with non-covid issues. They didn't come in earlier because they were scared and now they are super sick."
@AlexBerenson My husband a respiratory therapist in big hospital in Los Angeles CA. This is what’s happening! I want to scream it. A positive result is money case closed. Some patients even on room air. By the way I am also a respiratory therapist. So is my dad. We’re livid
@AlexBerenson Thank you for this information, people have lost their mind here
@AlexBerenson Anyone still confused on the motivation of the mainstream media??
@AlexBerenson I live in the Dallas area and I'm checking to see if Complete Care is near me so I can give them some business. So tired of the hype and scare tactics. Everyone needs to breathe.
@AlexBerenson This is EXACTLY what you hear and read in Houston if you get past the fear porn. "Positivity" results statistically will depend on the randomness of the test sample. Hospital beds filled up once elective surgeries were allowed again. Only 28% of ICU is Covid.
@AlexBerenson Wish MSM would be honest, but the truth is that their job is to sow fear and division and to keep the outrage machine going.
@AlexBerenson Could somebody fill in @GovAbbott ?
@AlexBerenson Here is a confirmation of his Claim from Texas Medical Center . . *Light Blue = #Covid19 = 27% *Dark Blue = Non Covid = 70% *ICU Normal Capacity per Day = 80% * To lower Occupancy Rate = No admit of *Non-Covid. *New Media never gives % of Covid vs Non Covid in Hosp. Occupancy.
@AlexBerenson Tomorrow morning fresh round of mandatory masks and lockdowns will be announced, guaranteed.
@AlexBerenson @seanmdav Spoke w/a nurse yesterday whose husband, also a nurse has been on a COVID floor since March (in MI). He has one patient but she is in a cardiac unit full of people who waited too long to go to the hospital. Another example of unintended consequences of lockdown.
@AlexBerenson Cc: @Seth_Kaplan You should follow Alex and dig into his data and tweets. Maybe even read his book.
@AlexBerenson and the media won't share something good, giving any hope or peace... so sad
@AlexBerenson Did research. This is a microhospital system in Texas that has been shutting down facilities for years. They are not a major medical provider in TX + they are struggling financially — and this should be disclosed. They opened 23 ERs and now only have 13. google.com/amp/s/amp.elpa…
@AlexBerenson Spread also has almost ZERO to do with #Trump. Just like not every NYC resident is a Black Trans Antifa protestor tossing Bud Light Molotov cocktails at cops and looting, not every TX'n is a an AR-47 toting MAGA hat wearing old white man shouting “White Power!” from a golf cart.
@AlexBerenson This a microhospital system going out of business. Shameful! Never even heard of them. connect.media/microhospital-…
@AlexBerenson exactly what I (and others) stated yesterday. Employers are making young people get tested. Now combine that with a test that is literally near meaningless (which I hope you look in to), and you get....well...this fake pandemic.
@AlexBerenson @Cajunhammer68 Some basic factchecking... This name search reveals no medical professional in Texas exists with that handle. This is a stand alone ER company. They don't have an ICU, nor would have access to that data in real hospitals. Here's what real facilities say. cbsnews.com/video/texas-sc…
@AlexBerenson Some of the claims are kinda strange... The grammatical errors are odd for someone claiming to be a “managing partner and general counsel.” Q-uestionable
@AlexBerenson A PA friend in an urg care in VA, said in March they turned away patients, they had no tests. Her hours were cut in April, practice saw less patients. May when things started opening up she saw so many really sick (non-Covid) patients that were too afraid to come in sooner.
@AlexBerenson @seanmdav They give people antibiotics after a + COVID test? That doesn't make any sense.
@AlexBerenson Was said over and over again that they expect a rise in cases. Just need to manage the rise. So there is a rise in cases but people not as sick. Response is to close everything down again. This is madness.
@AlexBerenson Sounds exactly like what someone told me yesterday. She said she had mild cold-like symptoms a couple weeks ago, was told to get tested by her employer, and it came back positive. She's in her late 30's and feels fine. No need for hospitalization or even medication.
@AlexBerenson @seanmdav This man is a hero for coming forward
@AlexBerenson @parrish4mn From a Tweet yesterday and I don't remember the source; "They are diagnosing people in Arizona with Covid-19 through virtual appointments without testing. Fact."
@AlexBerenson What he describes might explain higher % positives too. Employers are forcing people with symptoms to test for covid. Its not a random test of a population but rather one with selection bias. I thank him for the info. I wish more doctors/hospitals would do this.
@AlexBerenson Wow!! Thanks again Alex. I appreciate your work!
@AlexBerenson @drbairdonline Theres evidence here in the UK that suggest the virus has been with us since the beginning of the year, perhaps sooner. The deaths only started to climb above 5year ave after lockdown was introduced. First 10 or so mins. youtube.com/watch?v=0MjJEp…
@AlexBerenson This is fake. Who the hell is both a Managing Partner and General Counsil of a company?
@AlexBerenson I’m having an extremely hard time taking this seriously. A “senior executive” should most definitely know the difference between then and than. 🤦🏾♀️🧐
