Another example of Alexandre de Moraes’ misconduct was his illegal order to censor Davi Sacer, a renowned Brazilian gospel singer. As usual, Moraes’ order contained no reasons and required the censorship of Sacer’s social media accounts within a mere 2 hours, in violation of the Brazilian Constitution. Reporting from Glenn Greenwald and Folha de Sao Paolo, the most widely circulated newspaper in Brazil, revealed Moraes’ reason for censoring Sacer: simply because Sacer reposted a couple posts about a lawful protest in New York against Moraes. Even Moraes’ own advisors opposed his lawless edict. Yet they were directed to proceed with the censorship order, because it was what Moraes wanted. x.com/ggreenwald/sta…
@AlexandreFiles Alexandre De Moraes likes to emulate his hero Stalin.
@AlexandreFiles Mr. Moraes isn't acting like a judge; he’s just a tyrant silencing voices to feed his own ego. His clear misconduct should be punished. Elon’s defense of free speech is crucial against such abuses.
@AlexandreFiles where have i seen this before??😂😂😂
What needs to be clear historically is that: the judicial coup in Brazil was carried out at the time of Dilma Rousseff's impeachment process in 2016. The process was false and conducted by the STF, when Congress should have conducted it. Judge Lewandowski decided that Dilma Rousseff would not be properly punished by the impeachment process, while at the same time Lula was facing a process that would take him to prison (judge Sérgio Moro released a wiretap where Lula demanded help from STF judges). In Brazil's presidential election, the president is elected with his vice. Therefore, the vice president is always an ally of the president. If impeachment is a process where the legislative power prevents the continuity of the executive power, the president of the Chamber of Deputies is the one who should temporarily assume the presidency of the Republic, and call new presidential elections. Dilma Rousseff's vice president, and her ally Michel Temer, assumed the presidency. The government remained in power. Only two years later, in 2018, the people could choose a new president, and exactly one candidate who represented the opposition to the government was elected, Jair Bolsonaro, running against a government candidate, Fernando Haddad. Michel Temer was in office as president and he appointed Alexandre de Moraes to the STF, while STF worked to free Lula from prison, through the dismantling of the investigation and the entire process that led to Lula being convicted and arrested, along with his accomplices. Since 2016, the STF has taken control of Brazil, acting as an administrative board with the powers of an absolute monarchy, as it began to act without respecting the Brazilian Constitution. The 11 ministers frequently rotate positions, including coordinating the Superior Electoral Court, responsible for elections in Brazil. Alexandre de Moraes does not act alone. The 11 ministers of the Federal Supreme Court must agree with the decisions. The only possibility for Brazil to dream of restoring democracy it's Congress to approve the impeachment of all STF ministers, and Congress conduct a process of rebuilding it, by appointing new ministers, and creating legal barriers to prevent STF judges from do not assume power in Brazil again. Congress has done this before, when it created barriers to prevent military coups, which happened frequently in Brazil since the proclamation of the Republic. It's up to Congress to do the same with STF or Brazil will enter another long period of dictatorship, not by a military junta, but by a legal junta. STF has as members 4 ministers nominated by Lula, 3 ministers nominated by Dilma, 1 minister nominated by Temer, 1 minister nominated by Fernando Henrique Cardoso (this one only has 6 more years in office, due to the age limit), and 2 ministers nominated by Jair Bolsonaro (the 2018 president elected after Dilma's impeachment). Of the 11 ministers, 8 have connections with Lula, Dilma and Temer, the central figures in the events of 2016.
@AlexandreFiles Why does he care what people type on the internet and can’t just except everyone doesn’t have to agree with him and his fashion choices! He dresses like a vampire !
@AlexandreFiles Why did X choose to comply with Alexandre's illegal orders?
@AlexandreFiles This is not me. I’m the good Alexandre
@AlexandreFiles LOL @ guys trying to manipulate people whilst the app is still banned in the country. Your lies are just echos in an empty arena
@AlexandreFiles People who feel they need to silence dissent are illegitimate
Last week, the Brazilian government took the drastic step of banning X across the country. To make matters worse, Brazilians who try and circumvent the ban by using a VPN could be fined up to $12,000 CAD per day. This is the latest escalation in a free speech war between Brazilian supreme court judge Alexandre De Moraes and X owner Elon Musk. The Brazilian government has been ordering X to censor political dissidents in the country for months but Musk continues to stand his ground. Could something similar happen in Canada? It definitely looks like the Brazilian government is living out the dreams of Justin Trudeau. Canada’s online harms bill – if passed – could imprison political dissidents for life in extreme cases for their online opinions.
@AlexandreFiles A very suspicious past !!!! -mysterious plane crash- 🚨🚨🚨

@AlexandreFiles We live a abundancy of democracy here in Brazil. We can choose to not speak or choose to go to jail for speaking.
@AlexandreFiles It’s incredible that he isn’t facing any consequences for all of this 🫠
@AlexandreFiles At no point did he ever stop to consider that just maybe he might be the bad guy.
@AlexandreFiles @stclairashley This needs to be exposed for what it is. Moraes can’t just pick and choose who he gets to silence. Brazil has a constitution for a reason.
@AlexandreFiles @stclairashley Once more, with all of earths problems and so many nations engaged in truly reprehensible acts; why do we care about Brazil and this?
@AlexandreFiles Brazil needs to be free again, no more tyrants.
@AlexandreFiles Alexandre de Moraes is a threat to democracy and to any Brazilian electoral contest.
@AlexandreFiles O aLEIxandre não sei explicar o porque é temido!!
@AlexandreFiles Salve o Brasil Elon musho
@AlexandreFiles The only reason he didn't arrest Davi Sacer was because the evangelical community would protest strongly.
@AlexandreFiles Quer praticar crime e ficar impune?
@AlexandreFiles @stclairashley Wait, this order says Facebook was involved. Why isn't @finkd stepping up to the plate and fighting Brazil, too?
