Our hospital is so overwhelmed and short staffed that I have been covering nearly 6 straight weeks with no end in sight. I miss you all in the Algoverse, but my patients have to come first. I will be back once this respiratory virus tsunami passes, I promise

Hi Frens. This time of year is really tough with COVID, RSV, and flu all wreaking havoc— the hospital is bursting at the seams. I am hopeful that I’ll be back in action with the algo fam soon- please bear with me. Thank you to those who have reached out to check in

Hi frens. I wanted to let you know that I have been hard at work taking care of our hospitalized patients for the past couple of weeks, which is why I've been a bit MIA. I haven't "rugged"- I am still here and am looking forward to being a lot more active when things calm down

AI art is at a crossroads: models are so good it’s hard for artists to differentiate themselves I am convinced that combining AI with “real” assets is a path forward I need to spend some time with @MaureenDennyArt @BadiuPhoto @JaredBlitz @Algzy3D @vlad3design to brainstorm!

Unpopular? AI art perspective from someone who has been using it since BigSleep: StableDiffusion is so good now that pure text2image art just doesn’t cut it anymore. SD is a tool that should be a part of, not the entirety of, a work of art.
