@TheResellerHub @amznsellerhelp Ask seller support what the GL_category is. Sometimes if the category is incorrect it can cause this error. If the gl_category is wrong SS will need to change it. Many of the seller support assistants have no idea what gl_category is, just keep trying until you find one that does
@amznsellerhelp we are sending invoice we are sending authorization document but still amazon suspended for ALL products and money . We are get approved by amazon with same invoice ! But now they don’t accept?

@ClevelandChip They’ve gotten themselves into a position where they basically *have to* induce >90% of Ds to plead guilty or else the machine will start to seize up. Since prosecutors can bring almost unlimited pressure to bear (short of physical torture) success is a statistical near-certainty

Perhaps the hardest thing in getting to know someone who’s experiencing this for the first time is seeing them slowly realize that there will be no acknowledgement of error, no accountability, no justice. And that the system will just keep grinding on with complete indifference.

Had each of them been able to mount a vigorous defense through trial—and if courts imposed at least limit on the magnitude of the threatened trial penalty (which they don’t)—the chances of a conviction in either of those thrown-together, clown-car cases would’ve been near zero.
The facts of each case are complex, but when you drill down, it becomes clear that 1) both Ds represented an especially coveted scalp on the wall for prosecutors (though for different reasons), and 2) the outcome in both cases was largely a matter of depleting their resources.

Our story: DOJ seized our $ & told my husband they’d charge him with a $25 million crime if he didn’t plea & the FBI raided our home. We spent $3.6 million to fight the accusations for 47 months. He was never charged. But that’s what it took to survive an INVESTIGATION.
