I’ve bonded with my nurse. He truly cares about his patients and it will be a little odd (assuming I go home today) to part ways and not have him slinging my meds, checking in on me, and occasionally getting vitals. Just passing through each other’s lives for a moment in time…

I got major beef with celery. What’s the point of it? It tastes like nothing , annoyingly stringy, n it’s crunch can be mistaken for raw onions(gross). It doesn’t add flavor? Or am I wrong @guarnaschelli @conantnyc as my two favorite chefs on tv can u help? Does it add anything?
