@AmitSegal While this is a great move forward, there will be no getting around full residency for all Arabs. Perhaps a model as is with East Jerusalem Arabs.
After all of what has happened recently, how is it that it is even a question that Israel wishes to cleanse the area of its residents to expand its borders. If Russia can do it for its reasons, and US/Israel do it for theirs, the genie is out of the bag for all kinds of adventures world-wide.
