Easy 8.1km / 5 mile flat road walk yesterday… if you don't count S almost getting hit by a motorcycle (our fault, he thought he heard me say ‘all clear’ like I always do to indicate that he can cross the road, except | hadn't said it because it wasn't safe) 🇮🇲 ☀️
Been forgetting up post my walking vids here but here’s yesterday’s 8.4km / 5.2 mile uphill shuffle 🇮🇲 ☀️ - Sun’s out again so we’re going to tread the pavements today.
So cool how the body heals; you can't even see the scar anymore unless he gets a super short clipped haircut.
Scott's neuro physio is thrilled with his progress and told us yesterday that he no longer requires their services 👏 The improvement since his initial assessment in October 2024 is remarkable, very grateful to the NeuroPT dept and proud of the hard work that S has put in 💪🏼
So pleased I don’t have kids in this era because unsure how I’d cope if my son told me he wanted a mullet. Not to yuck anyone else yum but also they’re HIDEOUS.
