I am disappointed. Not because promotions are not happening. Rather because ad-hoc promotion can easily be given to all eligible ASOs of 2013 batch according to rules, but @DoPTGoI is not doing that in spite of huge vacancies. @PMOIndia @DoptSecretary #Save_CSS #Promote_CSS_ASO

नाम और पहचान भले ही छोटी हो ASO की मगर आत्मसम्मान और समायोचित पदोन्नति की उम्मीद से भरी है ये नौकरी। ऐसे में सभी का “सम्मान” करना बहुत अच्छी बात है, पर हमें हमारी पदोन्नति न देना, हमारे आत्मसम्मान और पहचान के हनन जैसा है @PMOIndia @DoPTGoI #Save_CSS #Stagnation_kills

चाहे अनुभाग अधिकारी के पद पर रिक्तियों की हजारों की संख्या में भरमार है। @DoPTGoI फिर भी पात्रASOs को पदोन्नति देने से कर रही इन्कार है। CSS के सभी अधिकारी हुए निराशा के शिकार है। Ad-hoc पदोन्नति देना ही सबसे अच्छा उपचार है। @PMOIndia @DoptSecretary #Save_CSS #Stagnation_kills

@DoPTGoI's guidelines recommend adhoc promotion when regular promotion cannot be done on account of matter being sub-judice. Yet, DoPT prefers to keep more than 1500 posts of SOs indefinitely vacant because जिसके Rules उसकी मर्ज़ी #Save_CSS #Stagnation_kills @PMOIndia

#CSS 2013 बैच के #ASO को जल्द पदोन्नति की खुशखबरी मिल सकती है।केंद्र सरकार की रीढ़ कही जाने वाली CSS के लगभग 1100 ASO, 'सेक्शन अफसर' बनने का इंतजार कर रहे हैं।@CSSforum_ ने इस पदोन्नति के लिए लम्बा संघर्ष किया है।गत सप्ताह #North_Block के बाहर सैंकड़ों CSS अधिकारी एकत्रित हुए थे।
