The sloppy approach of @DoPTGoI in giving timely promotion to CSS officers has always been there. Our seniors suffered for years, we suffer now (ASOs 2013). Goes without saying that ones after us would too. This needs to change @PMOIndia @DoptSecretary #Save_CSS #Stagnation_kills

Sad how @DoPTGoI has normalized delay in promotion of CSS officers, who are considered backbone of the Central Govt, to such an extent, that asking for it even long after it's due would quickly brand you impatient/defiant. #adhoc_4_all @PMOIndia @DoptSecretary #Stagnation_kills
What can be more unfortunate than withholding of requests for promotion by same Department (@DoPTGoI ) that is currently running a massive employment campaign to fill existing vacancies & has also been asked by @PMOIndia to create new jobs. Irony! #Save_CSS #Stagnation_kills
Why @DoPTGoI is doing injustice with eligible ASOs of 2013 by not giving promotion to all of them against more than 2000 available vacancies in SO grade? It can be done easily by diverting some LDCE- 2014 & onwards quota vacancies. #promoteall. @DrJitendraSingh @PMOIndia
