Finally, very condescendingly, we were given the option to repurchase the ticket on $170 and barely made it on the @AmericanAir flight. No apology, compensation or offer, for how rude we were treated and having put us under a situation that was not our fault #fail

Finally, after I had to change my attitude to defend myself, the supervisor was called and we were then told that @AmericanAir system had been having a glitch in the system that cancels flights just like that. No notice provided to customers at all #fail

We were being treated with a very negative attitude and were blamed and told that this “cancelation” was our fault and that purchasing another ticket was the only option @AmericanAir #fail

You don’t know that I had to go to Mexico to see my sick 80 y/o grandma that lives by herself nor that we had a connection flight and your clerks were not giving any explanation and time kept running out @AmericanAir #fail

We not only neither canceled, received a refund or got notice of this mysterious cancelation but we also were told that the once $170 fair was now $1,687 @AmericanAir #fail

I booked our tickets early September. Received email confirmations and arrived to the airport early only to hear that one of the tickets had been refunded @AmericanAir without any explanation and that my husband could not get in the plane #fail

I am VERY disappointed @AmericanAir I had to travel from TPA to MEX on Oct 18th and it has been the worst experience in 20+ years of traveling worldwide
