So guys... 2 weeks into my marathon training I have developed a stress fracture at the top of my tibia. On crutches for 4 weeks 😥
You know what's amazing? Doing something you thought was impossible just a few days ago.

Since eliminating grains, my migraines, allergies, extreme fatigue, and mood swings have been completely eliminated!!!
I'm also running a half marathon in April & have no running experience. I started the #couchto5k program yesterday & surprised myself #goals
Long time, no see #fitfam! In Nov, I went wheat free. In 2015 I went grain-free. I've lost 14 lbs & feel AMAZING! All my health woes=gone!
