I feel this needs repeating... Numbers are always lower on a Mon & Tues so you need to compare today to last Monday, not yesterday. Last Monday there was 58 cases in GP vs 239 today which means the average is still going up.

@AngPharmID @inspired2leadQH published a paper from South Africa #pharmacists on “hangtime” interventions, the time from the #antibiotic order to infusion and yes every hour ⏰ makes a difference in sepsis!
