So proud that five amazing women are in Kona on the run courses right now, racing in memory of my recently deceased wife Caron Shepley. Caron went to Kona in 1993 on our Wedding Anniversary, saw 65 year old Sister Madonna Buder & was so inspired she raced 10 Ironman herself.
