The after sales service of Spectrum Windows and beyond is awful. I got Spectrum Windows and Doors installed at my residence in December 2022 but some problem arose with them. Despite lodging complaint at least 7 times no action has been taken by them. Phone 9433034904

Two persons who had come to my residence on 12.3.2022 to install the device in the name of upgradation were sent by him. The name of one of the persons was Rinku. Moreover, the connection that has been given is post paid which I never asked for.

So despite being in the know of this he cheated me by saying that upgradation of your connection will increase the performance of the device. His name is Ravi and the mobile numbers that he uses are 8368855994 and 9368842490.

I am really shocked how such a treatment and misleading sale can be made by your representative. I am shocked at being cheated. Your representative is the person who gave me the first connection in January2021.

When I received a message afterwards that the connection number is 35690374 I immediately contacted him. He assured me that the balance under 35541913 will be credited to my account or I will get its refund .But it did not happen.
