After 4 hours of back and forth calls, I finally found a dentist that could help me. There truly is a God out there, and am very thankful of him.

Dealing with a chipped and infected tooth. Is pulling the tooth the best option, a root canal, or an implant? I just don't know. All I know is that hopefully this isn't the end of the world as the money is a huge anxiety factor.
