Exciting UPDATE: Earlier this week, we received notice from the NLRB of our official SECRET BALLOT ELECTION DATE!!! Our NLRB Union Representation election will be held via mail 💌 May 10th ballots will be sent out and May 31st ballots will be counted.

An Unfair Labor Practice charge has already been filed with the NLRB about this situation and we believe their investigation will show that Aselya's termination was in retaliation for protected activity. 9/10

Aselya Keyes (a young POC woman) was fired for what we believe is retaliation for union organizing the security department. Aselya has been an actively public face for the SAMVSOUnion and has been an extremely efficient organizer. 1/10
