Writing shaders is a very complicated stuff. I came across different solutions in Unity Asset Store but they didn't have a lot of customization. So I decided to learn shaders by myself and make my own solution. And Unity has a very friendly tool for beginners called Shader Graph.

For years I had an idea of being able to render 3D models at realtime as 2D sprites. Take a Donkey Kong Country for example, they're using pre-rendered 3D models. What I wanted is to achieve the similar effect at realtime. I knew it was possible with shaders...

Another old sketch I did for Super Cyborg. This was intended as true final boss that appears after you defeat Darvograhellix. It didn't make it to the final game, but I really like it so I'll definitely use for another project.
