Here @DealStreetAsia is being too generous in its valuation estimate of @PristynCare. I would assign a revenue multiple of 2, subtract the pending litigation that Pristyn Care must pay,which would imply valuation ~$150M. Subtract $50M more for psycho CEO @harsimarbirsing so $100M

@VibhutiSharmas @PristynC @PristynCare @harsimarbirsing If you account for medical negligence and patience deaths that @harsimarbirsing has caused, the value might even be -ve because of the liabilities as a result of @harsimarbirsing's reckless actions. He is driving the company into the ground.
