Don’t ever use @Hermesparcels for deliveries, they have lost 2 parcels which I have sent over the past week! Absolute disgrace, how can they loose so many! Unless they show good customer service and refund me for the loss I’m never using them ever again!

Keep away from @DxDelivery! 5 failed delivery attempts but CCTV shows no one has been. Giving different answers every time I call, excuses. If you can’t deliver a parcel, you shouldn’t be in the shipping industry! Everyone near me having the same issues!
