Gujarat High Court in a judgment dictated today held 'pre import condition' to be ultra vires. All DRI notices and summons are quashed, and amounts deposited, if any, are directed to be returned.

@taxtmi @Avinash319 Even if we get relief from 79/2017 We are stuck here 96..... So anyhow on one side, we are forced to pay. One by one new rules coming out.... Seems..govt is desperate to kill the industry.

@dgftindia @Avinash319 By this, the government is discouraging the early receipt of foreign currency for the country and encouraging to spent first in foreign currency and later earning foreign currency! Not able to understand the rationale behind the same. No such condition was there in pre GST era!

@dgftindia @DoC_GoI @sureshpprabhu @CimGOI Thanks! @PiyushGoyal @adhia03 @cbic_india - Team, this term you have added through back door, i have gone through the 111 pages MOM of 22 GST council meeting on 06 Oct, it was not discussed to give conditional exemption. Please remove this condition as it is creating problems!

ಕರ್ನಾಟಕದ ಕರಾವಳಿ ಭಾಗದಲ್ಲಿ ಅಬ್ಬರದ ಮಳೆಯಿಂದಾಗಿ ಹಲವು ಭಾಗಗಳು ಜಲಾವೃತವಾಗಿದೆ. ಆದರೆ ನೀರೀಕ್ಷಿತ ಪ್ರಮಾಣದಲ್ಲಿ ಸರ್ಕಾರದಿಂದ ಸಹಾಯ ದೊರಕುತ್ತಿಲ್ಲ. ಕೂಡಲೇ ಇದರ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ಸರ್ಕಾರ ಗಮನ ಹರಿಸಬೇಕು. @CMofKarnataka @hd_kumaraswamy @Jaggesh2
