We're happy to share this co-first authored work by Simeon Daeschler @dr_borschel's lab @sickkids & Marie-Hélène Bourget @jcohenadad's lab @PolyNeuro. AxonDeepSeg was used to automatically segment myelinated peripheral nerves from light microscopic images. nature.com/articles/s4159…
