Reading @rachsyme’s wonderful piece in the latest New Yorker, I realized two things: permanent anosmia would have been terrible for me & wearing so much perfume that I can feel it through the mask shouldn’t hurt, since everybody else should have one as well.

We had an online conference today at our law faculty - over 2.5k participants at the moment when I presented. Glad I didn’t know the number beforehand. But what’s remarkable is how flexible academia can be in such trying times and how open students and practitioners are.
