Feeling unwanted is strong with BPD. We put in so much effort into every relationship whether it be romantic, friendship or family cuz that’s all we know how to do and when we don’t get the same effort back it crushes us. It makes us feel neglected and resentful.

Bpd doesn’t just heighten your emotions, it also manifests them to the point where it is physically painful. Whether it’s good or bad we feel our emotions with our entire bodies and there is no escaping it.
