A5 Yes to both: stepping out of the comfort zone is nice to challenge routines/habits/opinions, stepping back in knowing yourself well even in a foreign place is sth. I really enjoy too. E.g., walking along a river (comfort) after walking 100km in 5 days (challenge) #travchat
