Every time I see It Happened on Saturday or Racing the Clouds on a bookstore or library shelf, it’s a little surreal after chasing my publishing dream for so long. It was so much fun to go into the College Station, TX B&N and see this display! Next is B&N Baybrook- 9/16 at 2 PM.

Back from a whirlwind trip to the East Coast, presenting at the awesome MLA/DLA Annual Conference in Ocean City, MD, followed by events at two warm, welcoming bookstores: Caprichos Books, Ocean Pines, then Barnes & Noble, One Loudoun. So fun that the conference was at the beach!

I’m excited for this event at Caprichios Books tomorrow and to present on the panel, “Bridging the Middle: How Tween Literature Can Spur Intergenerational Conversations for Healing and Change” at the MLA/DLA conference. It’s an honor to present with these amazing authors!
