I still can not stop the tightness in my chest. The dizzyness. The terror. Fuck this Fuck anxiety

And I'm just here trying to nap while I allow them to watch tv. I don't know whether to blame Monday or just blame myself. Fuck me.
I was supposed to get so much other stuff done today too. 7yr old has practice tonight and I'm not ready for that either.
Then I had a panic attack for the last almost 2 hours. Getting better, but it's still there. I so fucking hate myself.
This was the end of the day for us. Between the two of them. Their 2 hours of schooling took almost 4 hours and didn't even finish.
I apologized, we cried, we stopped working on school work and snuggled.
I've given up on the day. I lost my shit and yelled at my 8yr old during her reading. I'm positive she has dyslexia and I lost my patience.
Rules of surviving interpersonal relationships. 1. Don't make any sacrifices for anyone else. They won't make them for you. Fuckers.
So I think my fall and resulting injuries have made my desire to self harm dissipate for the day. For once I feel I've had enough punishment
Why can't I have value too? Why am I so worthless to everyone? Where is my value?
I took a tumble on my way out of the house this am. I hurt just about everywhere. I wanted to cry then. And I still want to cry now.
My husband says I yell too much. And that I have a short temper. The only way anyone hears me is if I fucking yell and scream.
I'm tired of always being the one that's 'there for' everyone else in the hope that someone someday would be 'there for' me.
I'm so thankful my anxiety chest pain is usually on the right side of my body. Center and right. Otherwise I would swear I was having an MI.
Even fucking tv shows are fucking with me tonight. Talking about repressed memories. And physical pain is better than emotional pain. Fuck
THAT'S how sick this shit is. That's how glamorous this shit is. My biggest fantasy is unlimited purging in peace. 😕😕
Married for 15yrs. 2 beautiful children. I can't stand to be away from them. But all I can think of is wanting my own place so I can purge.
