A big thank you to Luke @Back2FrontPhys for the PT sessions I had in preparation for our skiing trip. Day 2 today and I have done 11 runs, 39K in 2hrs52 with an average heartbeat of 103bpm (80% zone 1, 20% zone 2). I’m no athlete but I am super chuffed with the result!
